As the title suggests, I'm wondering what the best date is to apply for AFROTC for next year. I know scholarship applications open in 36 days from now and end in December. Should I do it as early as possible or would it even matter?
Yes, as early as possible. It allows your application to go before more review boards, improving your chances in some sense. This is true for all forms of ROTC.
