When is DoDMERB for 3 year AROTC scholarship?

will we be sent information or do I need to go in the website? It’s a 3 year scholarship but the school gives 4 years room and board so I’m thinking I need to get cleared this year even though scholarship kicks in next year, but I don’t know.
 
Get it done, it is good for two years.
If any upgrades happen it will be to your advantage to be cleared.
But strictly speaking you do not have to pass until you are due to contract.
I don't think your ROO would be pleased if you don't take care of it now.
You should have been contacted to schedule an appointment.
If you don't schedule in 45 days you could have a problem.
Do it now. Follow up.
