When is Prep school notified of appt

When do preppies at USAFAPS get notified that they have been appointed to The hill?

We heard that it is only a couple days before graduation. Just curious for time ranges.

That has been the experience that my students have had there. Preppies are typically notified in early May. Could change, but that has been the 'habit.'

When my DS was at USAFAPS, they were all notified on 17-May-23, if they had been appointed to the hill or not. I believe everyone that passed, received an appointment, or just about everyone. We were still very anxious until he actually called us letting us know that he got it.
