I just submitted my PFA today, which was the last element of my AFROTC application. Does anyone know how soon I should expect an interview? Thanks!

I live in a densely-populated urban environment, so there are dozens of detachments near me. In your opinion, is it better to reach out to a smaller or larger detachment?I recommend to my students to find the closest AFROTC unit and reach out to them to arrange the interview. If your application is complete, then they are typically quite receptive. Since the first board is in October, you will want to arrange it as soon as you can. Good luck!
No bad alternative in my opinion. A larger unit may have more 'resources' to support the interview, but I'm sure any of the units will serve you well.I live in a densely-populated urban environment, so there are dozens of detachments near me. For me I was emailed by my local AFROTC detachment to schedule a virtual interview like a day or two after finishing everythingI just submitted my PFA today, which was the last element of my AFROTC application. Does anyone know how soon I should expect an interview? Thanks!
Perhaps a difference between AFROTC and NROTC, but for NROTC you are assigned to a local recruiting command and they arrange that interview. DD just completed hers Saturday. That person is also administering fitness, though that is likely unique because she selected Marine Corps option and Marines have a special PFT.For me I was emailed by my local AFROTC detachment to schedule a virtual interview like a day or two after finishing everything
According to an email I got from the AFROTC application office, I'm assigned to the detachment nearest to me.No bad alternative in my opinion. A larger unit may have more 'resources' to support the interview, but I'm sure any of the units will serve you well.
