When will permit to report and clearance forms come?

DD has accepted her appointment and sent in the birth certificate about a month back and received the birth certificate back. Any idea when the permit to report and securty clearance forms will come?
 
Quoted from the appointment letter: "After you accept this appointment, you will receive a 'Permit to Report to the United States Naval Academy' packet in mid-April, 2014, along with additional instructions including your specific report time on Induction Day."
