We’ve been waiting to find out if my son recieved army rotc scholarship to Penn State. His rotc site status has not changed from pending or boarded. I was told that if he didn’t get anything he would get a declination email or letter but none has arrived. Who can I call for help? Does anyone know

Two things:
- Your DS should make the call. Parent involvement in such communications tends to work against your son, not for him.
- He should contact Cadet Command in KY. http://www.cadetcommand.army.mil/contact.aspx OR reach out to the ROO at Penn State (David Rizzo) army.rotc@psu.edu

I would discourage contacting Cadet Command. They are busy folks this time of year. Of course my Friend Dave at Penn State is a little busy too. At this point in the process he’s your guy if you are attending Penn State and enrolling in Army ROTC. Also at this point in the process if someone hasn’t told you that you have an offer you didn’t receive a national offer. Contact Mr. Rizzo, let him know you are coming and plan to enroll in the class and ask for him to confirm your status with regards to the scholarship.
