Where does my counselor send the transcript info to? (USAFA)

I found this on my portal. Do I have to include my name and social security number in the packet? Because my counselor already sealed it.Thanks!

That looks about right, I would include your counselor's name on the envelope as well, we did and it showed up on my son's status page in about a week.

That is the correct location.

Get one of those "2 day" USPS Priority Mail envelopes...put the sealed packet in and a letter from you with your full name and the LAST 4 of the SSAN.

That'll do it!

Would you not recommend putting the whole SSN? because the letters of reccomendation ask for a full SSN. Also, what types of things should be included in a cover letter for like letters of recommendation? Just name and thanking them for accepting the letters and SSN?

In the AF everything is done last name and last 4 Social, that is how they pull up your records.
