Does anyone know where the "wing building" is on base? I am supposed to take my daughter there for a briefing on Thursday morning.

OK, have to ask: what base? I'm assuming you'll also have to stop by the "Visitor's Center" to get a pass to get on base -- they'll have maps of the base and will be more than happy to assist you with directions. I would also make sure you arrive at least 30 minutes early to ensure you get through the "getting the pass" process at the Visitor Center, which can be a trial if there are crowds.

Wing Building

I am wondering if you are thinking of Harmon Hall. If your daughter is going on a tour...they meet at Arnold Hall which is down from Harmon Hall.

Again..which base are you referring to...there are different wings on AF bases.

I'm assuming he means at USAFA since it's on that forum, but still not much help. I just asked my son who's a sophomore there and he also didn't know what that would refer to (and he asked his roommates as well), nor did he know where those briefings were held anymore - I do know if it's for a candidate visit he went to Harmon Hall 3 years ago for it as someone else suggested. So per current cadets at least that's not a normal name for a building at USAFA.

Been here since 2007 and I've never heard of that before heh.

Sounds like Arnold Hall.

Uh, more info required...

10th Airbase Wing probably has a HQ building somewhere on base...probably over near the commissary/airfield somewhere...

Harmon Hall has some USAFA admin stuff. It is next to the Chapel.

Arnold Hall is where a lot of cadet activities happen. (Next to Harmon Hall)
