Which Counselor?

For an NROTC application, I want to use a guidance counselor recommendation. From when I first starting going to my current high school until last year I had the same counselor. However, last year was his last. I had a lot of respect for him and I really liked him-I had him do my USNA counselor recommendation as well. I like my current guidance counselor, but again, she does not know me as well. Which counselor should I use?
 
I would suggest e-mailing your old counselor and having him do it.

However, ask your current counselor if your school uses brag sheets. If they do, just fill one out and give it to your counselor.

Great idea, another person to get is your high school principal, if possible.
