In the
Citizens Living Abroad section of the USNA.edu website, it reads;
"You should apply to both your Senators and the Congressman based on your hometown residency. Your residency can be determined by the location where your parents pay local taxes, where you would apply for a driver's license or where you would register to vote. If you cannot claim residency within the United States, then the only nomination for which you may apply is the Vice Presidential nomination."
If you pay Alabama tax, then you must have a W-2 form, yes? Lines 15-20 on the W-2 form show what amounts of taxes were withheld and to what State and locality they were applied.
So, the two Senators are easy. They are Richard Shelby and Doug Jones. If you figure out to which locality you pay taxes, then you should be able to look at this
Congressional District Map, to figure out who your Representative is.
Then, the
Vice-Presidential nomination web page is your DS's next stop.
