Which ROTC most likely to give tree nut DODMERB waiver?

Understood. I was correcting a previous post up top. Also, because it was in 2018, they may no longer be on the forums. Just didn't know if as a new member, you caught the date:wiggle:

For what it’s worth, DS received a waiver for peanut/tree nut allergies for 4yr NROTC scholarship. However, he completed immunotherapy and freely eats all allergens. We sent in every record from his allergist available including skin tests/blood work. Best of luck!

I'm applying for Air Force ROTC Co25 with Virginia Tech, I had a medically documented tree nut allergy for years and carried an EpiPen but I have since completed a blood, skin, and food challenge that prove I outgrew it and am no longer allergic, also nowhere is it documented that my reaction was anaphylaxis. I didn't apply in time for the AF scholarship so my DODMERB will come later but I just wonder if it will be likely for me to get a waiver. Hopefully there are still some active on here haha since it is hard to find info for this stuff :)

Google "DoDMERB;" Hit "Questions on the process;" Read paragraph 18 :wiggle:
