Why haven't I got results from October ROTC Board yet?

I had my PMS Interview on October 21 for Army at my local college, and I have yet to receive any results regardless good or bad. This is the fourth week, and I have been told by some friends that results were sent out a while ago. My email is 100% correct, and I haven't gotten any updates (my dad's email hasn't gotten any emails either). The website still has me as board ready, and still says, "Please ignore the statuses on the application dashboard, they are not updating correctly. We are currently trying to fix this issue. The status that will display on your selection status tab is correct." The selection status tab has me as board ready (board ready says this "This applicant has submitted all the required documents, has completed a PMS interview and the interview has been posted. This applicant will reviewed by a board of PMS's at the next selection board scheduled to convene on 17 Oct 22.")

Not to sound really cocky, but in all honesty, I thought I was pretty competitive. I have a 3.99 unweighted GPA, a 5.19 weighted GPA, captain of XC and Track Team, I do JROTC, my counselor read over my essays and they were good, and I absolutely crushed the interview.

Should I be concerned I haven't gotten any updates from the first board?

You are not notified unless you've been awarded a scholarship (with an exception for the final board). Relatively few scholarships are awarded by the first board. The most scholarships are awarded by the last board. It's early in the process. Be patient.

If you had the PMS interview on 10/21/22, but the first board convened on 10/17/22, then it would appear to me that you missed the cut-off for the first board and would be going before the next board. You could always try reaching out to the ROO at your top school to see if they can tell you if you were already boarded or not.

Thanks, that would make a lot of sense. The only thing I'm confused about is that my status says this, "This applicant will be reviewed by a board of PMS's at the next selection board scheduled to convene on 17 Oct 22."

A bit off topic, but do you know if the schools in your list on your application have access to your national rotc application? Asking as my son’s top school’s enrollment and scholarship officer told my son that he feels he is very competitive for a scholarship (he didn’t get one first board review). How does he know this? Thanks!!

There was a contact email that my son had for an admin involved in the ROTC scholarship process that my son was able to email when he had questions about his application (it was someone at Cadet Command). He had submitted things that were still showing as unsubmitted in the portal. The person was very helpful in helping him resolve the issues. I'm not sure where to find that information, but maybe it's in the portal?

For the OP....it looks like you were boarded by the first board based on that status. PMS's have a little wiggle room in posting interviews after the deadline (Don't count on that though).

For Momtomany, I'm a ROO....I can see everyone's file. In the past I have offered my assistance reviewing any applicants file and letting them know what we can see. I can't stress enough that if you are an Army ROTC scholarship applicant contact at least one of the ROOs at one of the schools on your list to get his or her help with the process. Don't get bummed if you don't hear back from the ROO at a big school or an SMC. Us ROOs at smaller programs are more than happy to help applicants.

Ahhh okay, that makes a lot more sense. We had no idea that the actual school could see his application. He submitted everything for the first board, and now we just wait😊But, good to know all of the things you mentioned!! We are new to all of this and definitely learning things as we go.
