Will ADD and an ACL surgery disqualify me?

I am currently in highschool and planning on going into an AFROTC det. in college. I am planning to apply for an AFROTC scholarship.
I took add meds a year and a half ago (now 16 in 11th grade) and I tore my ACL playing football and recieved ACL reconstruction surgery but I am now physically active and have no issues out of it.
I was wondering if these will disqualify me from being in AFROTC and if they are both waiverable and if so would it be difficult to get a waiver.
I have read some threads of people saying just don't mention the ADD but I wouldn't want to be dishonorable discharged in the future if I was to get accepted.

A= The folks that say this "people saying just don't mention the ADD" are the ones that are NOT supposed to be in a US Service Academy that has an honor code. They should find a different pathway for their future.
