I'm a high school sophomore who got in a fight and is suspended for 2 days. I am wondering if I can get accepted as I told a really bad joke and someone got mad at it a couple months ago. The day of the fight I playfully shoved him but he took it seriously and started attacking me, as a result, I got into a fight with him. This is my first suspension on my record; never caused any trouble or harm; all my teachers like me as I'm the class clown who gets high grades and is a "Social butterfly" If I put down the suspension do you think that USMA denies my admission?? Please let me know!!!

Probably not a big problem. Just tell the truth on you application and don't get into further trouble.

Thank you, I was super worried about it as I was worrying so much!

You might want to reach out to your WP field force rep for further advice on this.

Not saying you shouldnt tell the truth, but a lot of this info actually never makes it into your records. Having said that you have no idea if it does or doesnt.

This would be the kind of advice (in word, and especially in spirit) that you should avoid taking.
You misunderstood me. I wasnt advicing not telling the truth. My only point was that suspensions dont always make the students records especially if it wasnt serious. They dont like to ruin a students chance with colleges. It was never meant to imply he shouldnt be upfront with what he did.
