Hello, as today is the last day for the AROTC application, my pms has yet to submit stuff for my interview. Should be worried to whether my application will be done on time or do pms have until I think March 20 to get everything in? Thank you

I haven’t called the pms who I had my interview but last week he emailed me and said all files would be in by the end of last week but my status is still interviewee :/

If your school is on the West Coast or in Mountain Standard Time, there is probably time today to first call the PMS's administrative assistant, who probably would have been the person to submit your paperwork. "Sorry to bother you but today is the application deadline and the...."

I can't remember the deadlines for the 3rd Board. I am sure @Montana State Army ROTC will be around to answer later. Just an FYI - as @EDelahanty commented above the unit's admin assistants are the go to for any information needs. Don't leave anything to chance, the PMSs are busy and it is your job to make sure your application is complete. This is the wording on the portal:

3rd Board (FINAL)
9 March 2020 – Document submission deadline. In order for your application to be reviewed by the board, all of the required sections of the application must be complete and documents must be submitted.
23-27 March 2020 – Board convenes and runs until every packet that was board ready by the start of the board, has been reviewed.

I’d call. Usually Friday is sufficient for the board but there really is no excuse to delay. We do same day upload- one so we dont forget and two just in case...
