Will the ALO call me or will I call them?

I just wanted to know if I should call the ALO or if they will call me. What would be better? :thumb: :confused:
 
You should take the initiative in most cases, although sometimes they will call you. The best way to establish contact is to send an email (in my opinion) though, not to call.
