Will there be enough time to update portal for High school and College

I requested the high school grades from my senior year (2016) in late December and college as soon as my grades were finalized (January 2017). It's taking forever for them to update in my portal and are the final things to complete my process. Do they update them after January 31 so long as they have them in their department?

The January 31 deadline does not apply to transcripts....USNA understands that there will be some 1st semester+ (college) and 7th semester (H.S.) transcipts sent in during mid-to-late January. Send them ASAP, though!
