Since you still have time, make sure to keep on practicing to increase your numbers.
The BBall throw is all about technique. Once you figure out how to throw the ball properly, you can increase your distance to as much as an extra 10feet. (as long as you practice).
If you can't get a pullup, practice negatives. This will for sure help you increase the flexed-arm hang.
Your push-up score is amazing, but make sure that you did the correct form. USMA is very strict on hitting the 90 degree mark. Trust me, my roommates have told me that they had to resubmit their push-up videos at least three times. If you do it right the first time, then you're all set!
Sit-ups are a pacing exercise. Make sure to find a good rhythm and PRACTICE!!!! In my opinion, your sit-up count should be at least 75. This will put you above average for both the male and female standards.
Try to work on some more explosive workouts for the shuttle run. The shuttle run is kind of easy to improve if you learn the technique for it, but you have to make sure to practice (I hope you're seeing a recurring theme here).
Everything can be improved, but you have to make sure that you are sending the best scores that YOU can achieve. You never want to strive for the minimum.
