They're OK for admissions purposes, although the run time is a bit slow, if you're a male. You need to improve your run time before you show up at USNA. A male mid must be able to run 1.5 miles in under 10:30 after doing pullups and crunches, and, to get a decent grade, you'll want to run well under 10:00. So, there's some work to do. I'd start now.
If you're a female, a 7:00 in the mile is fine, assuming you can maintain that pace (more or less).
