Winner letter/letter of intent and acknowledgment

Which component. I don’t see an “approved” status for the Army Process.

Which component. I don’t see an “approved” status for the Army Process.

The big tab "Application", then to "File Upload", then along with all my documents like my SAT ,ACT scores, PFA, and high school transcript, there is something that says " WINNER LETTER". Then under the column where everything is said to be approved, it says approved. Just wondering if they received my letter or if it just showed that I opened the file along with it. Will my status change if they get it?

Thanks

Lol, he meant which branch. Army or Navy?

And congrats!

If it says winner letter, I think you got the scholarship

If you get an AROTC 4 yr Scholarship, the Cadet Command at Ft Knox will send you a large Priority Mail envelope with your Scholarship in a nicely backed bound folio. Along with the Certificates there is a letter you must acknowledge and upload signifying your intent to attend X University ROTC program (you get three choices). Once your Battalion Commander receives the upload and contacts you, you are good to go pending DoDMerb or a waiver (it will say either no waiver needed or waiver required on your portal). Once you sign your letter and are medically qualified the Scholarship is yours and you will be in pretty constant contact with your Battalion Commander from then on, picking classes, roommate, meeting other cadets.

I am still currently under DODMERB review but AROTC scholarship portal now says No Waiver Required. If DODMERB questions medical history or DQs, will this change to waiver required? I assume this is just an automated statement until medical clearance is determined?
