Winter PTs?

When are cadets typically issued winter PTs? It's been in the upper 30s and getting colder in the mornings....
 
I got issued mine when we got issued our summer PTs and ACU plus other supplies. I would talk to your squad leader or somebody in higher command.
 
Potato...there are over 270 Army ROTC programs in the country. Look at your question and think about it. Does this seem like the kind of question total strangers from all over the country on a discussion board would be able to answer, or do you think maybe your Cadre, or other Cadets might be able to answer better? At Clarkson, in the Northern part of New York, 30 minutes from Canada we issue our winters with initial issue.
 
I am actually a parent. Wasn't going to ask child or cadre. I knew he was working out in summer PTs and hadn't been issued winter ones yet. As an Army brat, I know that often the Army goes by the calendar and not the thermometer.
 
Oh...then the answer is 5 November:)
