My DD had her wisdom teeth removed after her appointment. Before removal we contacted DoDMERB and they said they needed a letter from the dentist that it was done. Well, it was done back in March, and with the dental surgeon only working emergencies with COVID-19, it took a while to get 'the letter'. His letter was addressed to my DD and just mentioned that she was in for removal. It didn't state that the surgery went well, and that she's fully recovered. My DD submitted it to DoDMERB today for review. My question is... did the letter need more information? We're not far out from I-Day, so I want to make sure this letter will keep her medically qualified. Thank you!
Thank you! She's in contact with DoDMERB herself already, I was just more curious what information should've been in the letter, or if anyone had experience or trouble with a letter similar to that. (I'm the worrier who doesn't want there to be an issue.)
Thank you again, and I'm sorry to bother anyone. Have a great day!
(I'm the worrier who doesn't want there to be an issue.) - I don't think you needed that self-admission...It was clearly evident.
What and when the procedure was...details...were there any complications?
