In 1918, Opha May Johnson became the first woman to serve in the Marine Corps. 100 years later, we celebrate the accomplishments and legacy of all female Marines.

The first all-female Marine team conducts mission in Southern Afghanistan

2017
The first women Marine graduated from the Infantry Officer Course
 
If they make it through TBS and graduate they are a Marine Officer no matter what their gender. Guys have flunked out.
