I am sure you have all heard complaints about the paperwork involved once you accept an appointment, it hasn't been horrible yet! Lol

If I could offer one piece of advice, if you are pretty serious about any of the academies and you seem to be a viable candidate, get your wisdom teeth evaluated EARLY your senior year! We are in a panic now trying to find an oral surgeon that isn't booked through June! If they are going to need to be extracted they want it done. The paperwork suggests 3-6 months prior to R- Day.

It's highly suggested to remove them not required but it's good to do so.

There have been several cadet canidates notified they need to have their wisdom teeth removed before reporting for R day after submitting their dental x-rays to WP.

Yes, and as I mentioned, we are having a serious issue with finding an oral surgeon that is able to do it before Mid June.

I had my wisdom teeth removed mid-June, and it worked out fine for me.

I was kind of wanting to save mine for school so I could get a day or two off for surgery, high as a kite and drooling blood.
