Working out / lifting weights / cardio / nutrition?

I stumbled across this FaceBook reel video:

Pay attention to the exercise in the first 2 or 3 seconds. The barbel and single plate rotating maneuver.

WOW!

Talk about a butt kicker.

I was already beating on old tractor tires with a sledge hammer, but that video led me to doing it with just one knee on the ground too:

Do that for 1 minute.

Then break, stretch, get a drink of water for 1 minute.

Then switch to the left side for 1 minute.

I would need a 1 minute drink of water after doing that.

I think the name I am going to give the single plate barbell twist is either “snow shovels” or “stall muckers”. My father had horses when I was a kid, so that move with the barbell reminds me of mucking the stalls.

I have only done it once so far and that was just with a 25 pound plate.

It totally kicked my butt. I think I just did 10 lefts and 10 rights.
