Hey Guys!!
Session One of NASS is less than a week away now:biggrin:

I am attending the first session, but am a little worried about the CFA I will take there. I am on the end of a long recovery process for a Pectus Excavatum repair on my chest. The surgery was in Febuary, but it ahs impacts still today on my fitness (mainly because I could not pick up anything more than 3 lbs for 2 months  I took a mock CFA today and scored fairly low on it. I know I can do better on it since I have before, but I am a little worried on how it will rreflect on me at NASS with the MIDN.

Any Advice?

Indeed, you can retake CFA. They'll notify you IF it's a non-pass. Otherwise, you'll hear nahda and know you've done sufficiently well to qualify. Your performance adrenaline will boost your score some at NASS. And even if you pass, to the degree you're able to make substantial improvements at a later date, you may wish to submit such.

I would say, spend this time working out, but not so much that you would burn yourself out or feel sore when you take the CFA! Apparently, last year's NASSers took their CFA on a Sunday.

They are going to evaluate you at NASS, no doubt about that. How your performance on the CFA affects the evaluation, I'm not really sure. However, I'm sure that if you show that you're trying really hard and you're bringing a good attitude, I'm sure they can't say anything negative about you!

Its different than taking the CFA at home, too, because there are larger gaps between events since you are all doing it at once.
