As I wrap up this semester, I realize that I was not able to meet the quota of "getting all A's" in my classes. I managed a few with the rest being high B's. Will this have a crucial impact on my chances?

That depends on how much it affects your class rank.

You shouldn't ever worry. People put way too much pressure onto themselves about having to go to an academy. If your goal is to become an officer, then just do your best, apply, and see what happens. If there's a will there is a way. There's nothing wrong with going to a regular ROTC unit at a university either because once you're in the military, you can make or break it and it will not matter where you come from. Hell even have the thought about enlisting as another option because there is one purpose and that's to serve a greater cause. In conclusion, aim high but expect the worst.
