Once I submit the Candidate Activities Record will I be able to update it as I join new clubs or play new sports? Also, once this form is sent to the admissions team will they be contacting my school counselor to confirm these activities? I believe I am correct but the wording was a little confusing.

Yes, you can update your CAR even after submission. Contact your RC, he/she will guide you. Most likely you will be asked to have your school counselor send an email with the update.

And, make sure you enlist your guidance counselor and teachers. Let them know this process is not traditional and express to them how important it is to you.
