After looking around a bit I was wondering if I should go ahead and open a portal/ application? I am going to be a Junior this year in high school and was wondering if it is too early to even open it? Just to let you know I will be turning 17 within the first semester of this year if that gives you any idea. I also heard something about portals being closed down if not in use?

I've been told by everyone to open your application as early as possible. (Didn't open mine till mid junior year)

Rising juniors cannot open their application prior ro the January timeframe. The only application open now is for the class that begins the summer of 2015.
