Wrong Letter of Recs Uploaded to USMA - How Can I Fix It

I've just realized I uploaded the wrong letter of recs to USMA portal. Is there a way to delete it so I can upload the correct ones?

Is it recommended to upload letters of rec outside of the SOE's? I was considering doing it but didn't know if it would add any points to my WCS

Yeah I believe it is recommended, for all academies. I just submitted the wrong ones and I hope it's possible to fix it.
