Yet another ultra-specific DoDMERB question

So in my eagerness to get my results, I neglected to read the candidate instructions and tried to create an account on the DoDMERB website a little bit too early. I created one before my medical results had been sent to DoDMERB, and as a result, I never received an valid username/password combo.

However, the Concorde website says that DoDMERB received both of my evaluations a few days ago, but I haven't heard anything about getting my password. (And I can't create a new account, by the way)

Has anyone else had similar problems? (I doubt I'm the only one who was over-eager) If so, do I need to resolve this myself, or is this just a normal delay that I should just be patient and just wait out? (patience is obviously not one of my strong suits =p )
