YOUR DOGS, CATS & Other Domestic Fauna - Cute, sad, buff or silly

Boxers Rupert and Mandy send unjudgmental and enthusiastically butt-wiggling holiday greetings to all. They would pose for a photo but are napped out in front of the fireplace. Perhaps next week they will consent to pose with holiday finery. In the meantime…the holiday card.

I guess Mandy and Rupert's favorite holiday is coming up too.

Boxing Day🤣

Not quite Spring here, yet. Here are the pups watching some outside friends yesterday and wishing they could go play with them. One thing we learned is to give the yard a quick glance-over before letting them outside to help keep the “chase” games to a minimum. IMG_1542.jpeg

You know what they are thinking. “Weird dogs, but let’s go chase them anyway, see if they want to play.”

My mid just got a sister.

I have to figure out how to take smaller sized pics to post.

A little fat Irish goldendoodle that waddles. Her goldendoodle brother loves her.

If you are working off iPhone, once you hit Attach Files at the bottom and select your photo from Photo Library, hit Show Selected at the bottom.
Once the photo comes up, hit Actual Size.
Select Medium from the menu that appears.
Hit Done at upper right.
Proceed to Add at upper right.
Then you can choose either full-size or thumbnail from the Insert menu on the photo itself.

Here is how I do pics:

Take one kinda far away. So there is a lot to crop out. Then, edit the photo by cropping out a bunch. Then post that. Idk if that’s the right way? But it’s what works to make the file small enough to post, for me.

Add: ooooo going to try Capt MJ’s method sometime!

The tools are all right there in your phone to reduce file size, especially from MB actual size to small or medium KB. I can’t imagine other major smartphone brands aren’t similarly equipped. Once you select your photo to attach, look for text or dot menus to tap.

I finally assume my son is actually going to graduate so he won’t be living in my basement.

Took me four years to make the final call.
