I am almost in the same boat as you. My Admissions Counselor explained to me that medical status can be determined after Jan 31. Therefore you should have nothing to worry about. Hope this helps!

I am in the same situation with USNA medically. I recently emailed with my Admissions Officer and he said he would send my file to the medical department, but I still have not been asked for AMI. But West Point sent me a letter in my portal saying that they were requesting a waiver for me.
