When does DodMerb contact a candidate?

It depends if you are applying to the academies of ROTC. The academies receive it during the application process, ROTC does not receive it until after a scholarship is rewarded or contracting on campus. Assuming you mean an academy though!!

Current Chances of Achieving AROTC Scholarship.

I would say work on your ACT score for sure, I know its hard to do with all the other things you are doing but it probably is the weakest part of your application right now. Your extracurricular seem great, especially working as a CNA. Make sure you are ready to do really well on the interview!

My sister won a type-7 scholarship for 2015. She had similar ACT scores but a better GPA. I would try your best to get your GPA up but your extracurriculars look good! Just make sure you kill the interview when you get to it! Keep up the hard work!

    AFROTC Interview

Hello, One question that I was asked on the AROTC interview is about a particular time that I displayed leadership, as a leader of a sports team.
