Just checked portal and the listed BGO has changed. Why would that change in middle of the process? Should my DD contact new BGO? The BGO interview was done last summer.

DD has received nominations from both senators and her congressman. BGO indicated that DD is also 3'Q. Status still has "Complete Pending Review", just as it has for months. Does getting a nomination from all the sources you applied to increase chances of appointment?

If someone receives an outside scholarship that is normally made payable to the college can they still accept and use funds for travel expenses etc?
