It said something along the lines of "sorry, you were not selected for a scholarship. You will receive a letter with further options"

So if all of my stuff was submitted on February 29th, do you think I got rolled over or just missed the board?

I'm not sure if this is a thing, but if you are on the bubble of receiving an application, do they push you back to the next board to look at other apps? My app was submitted in February and I still haven't heard yet, but either way, I think I'm on the bubble

You can get your act up if you put your mind to it. I got mine from a 27 to a 31, 32 superscore , you should be able to make a big jump too

What are your ACT or SAT test scores? Also, if considering aviation, you might want to check out aeronautical or aerospace engineering. High tier major, and the hop over to being a pilot is much more do-able

For those guys that heard back from the NROTC today, was it for the Navy or Marine option? Just wondering, because mine still says no decision made yet.

Instead of logging into your portal, on the http://www.nrotc.navy.mil/ page, just press "check status of application". Thats what ive been doing for awhile

Basically I was told that they are in the process of making a new application for non-scholarship NROTC and it will be up soon. He said they've got some guys who probably shouldn't be in nrotc so they'd like to weed them out before hand

I went and talked to the NROTC at Purdue today. They told me that their application and info is about 2-3 years out of date, and they are currently in the process of revamping it
