This is a stupid question, but let's say a New Cadet's running improves more rapidly than others after they have already been placed in a designated running group. Is it possible to be moved up to a faster running group? Considering you can be moved to a slower one if you fall out.

Yeah SLS applications are available in December. I got my acceptance letter on January 5th. Be one of the first to apply because it's a rolling application process. So the sooner you apply, if your stats are good enough (looks like they are right now), the better.
