Yeah it is in a pilot phase right now. Basically it is more of an application now where you write short statements pertaining to what the branch wants. Then a panel of officers from the branch review the file and give you and interview.

I'm also from NYC and we drove up to West Point. They have everything except for the Khyber boots. I recommend the newer lightweight low quarters. You can feel the difference.

OK, so im in NYC too. I did not do the GCC. I got a letter from the FOIL department saying that I have never been arrested or convicted of anything. At least for West Point we had to send it ourselves, so if they say that they cannot send it, ask your BGO what to do and if something just mail it in.

Try being in NYC in the summer when its hot and humid. There is smog everywhere. You will get sweaty and wet from doing nothing.
