“Complete and on hold” for 3rd Time

My status goes back and forth between complete and complete and on hold, and I’m still stuck in DODMETS. Should I be worried? I had MrMullen assist me during my second time on hold, and the issue seemed to be clear (he was so helpful and I am very thankful!). My status changed to “complete” and when I thought my case was going to close and go to DoDMERB, it went back to “complete and on hold” for the third time now. I haven’t seen anything like this on here so I wasn’t sure what to do now. I don’t want to get stuck in DODMETS before ever going to DoDMERB.

This happened to our son last year. You can call DODMETS, they were very helpful. Turned out it was a paperwork issue on the medical provider's part and just a few things they had to correct on their forms and then resubmit. I vaguely recall their number being listed in the site, can't recall any details, sorry.
 
bluejayburrito - as I deal with literally thousands of folks, on this third incident have you emailed me again or you just posting it on the public forum for assistance, where I can't assist? Why would you not be "sure what to do now?" :muscles2:

I was just posting it on the public forum for assistance. I know the necessary steps to take after waiting and seeing no change, and I may take those actions again if I see no results and no explanations. I’ve just never seen this happen three times and my parents are grilling me about why there’s an issue and why my case isn’t moving on. Your help for the second time seemed to be the final step I needed I’m getting my case to DoDMERB, but apparently the review that followed found yet another thing wrong. I think I’m going to give it another week and then if nothing is changed or notified, I will politely call and ask like Heather said above.
