Reading through all these posts I am kind of grateful that DS was told 'nothing until just before Xmas' from both senators (who actually align and work together on noms slate) and early Jan from local HoR staffers. Don't like the fact we have to wait but at least we are crystal clear on timing expectations!

Would also add I was really impressed with staffers from all three offices. Clear, concise and timely comms from all three. There is hope afterall! ;-)

Does anybody know if Senators Butler and Padilla split their nominations (for CA)? Maybe those who interviewed with Butler's staff will not interview with Padilla's.

My DS has not heard anything from Padilla's staff. He did interview w/ Butler's SFO panel on Saturday but no outcome yet. On the positive his congressional NOM appeared on his portal 2 days ago. He has an LOA and now all boxes are checked done and dusted so we are hopeful to see an official appointment ... Anxious moments for my DS to say the least.

I got an email from Richard Moxley at Budd’s office on Thursday saying that nominations should be submitted by the end of this week… nothing further heard from them.

NC-14 nominations went into USMA and USAFA portals on Thursday as well, unsure about Navy or MMA. Congressman Jackson made calls to nominees last night.

Heads up Illinois friends....my informed delivery from USPS shows two envelopes from the United States Senate to be delivered today addressed to my DS. One, I'm sure is a decline from Sen. Durbin. The other we hope confirms a nomination from Sen. Duckworth.

Nope and that who who DS is waiting on as well. I will say that we were told by both senators staffers that it would likely be right before Xmas before we hear. So another couple of weeks although DS was contacted a week ago by one of the senators offices to confirm his first/second SA choice so announcement may not be too far away......

I do know of one person that received a call from Cornyn yesterday with a nomination to USAFA.

Curious how your son's interviews went. We're also in GA; my DS just wrapped up his interviews (2 Senate + one Representative).

Which district? Our Moc (6) was quick on noms and my dd accepted her appointment to the USNA and bowed out of Warnocks last Saturday and Ossoff's. Has anyone heard from Warnock yet?

DD received Illinois Senator 1 nomination on Monday- showed up in USNA portal, but have not received email or phone call from Senator.

I just checked my USNA portal, and it says Nom from Senator 2 but I didn’t get any notifications either! Congrats to ur DD!

Congratulations!!! Did you get a USNA or USMA nom from IL62? DS hasn't been notified yet either, just the nom in his portal. Hoping the letter today sheds some light on it.
