2nd Board question

My DS should have been set for the 2nd board for AROTC, but his interview is still showing interview pending. He contacted the ROO a couple of weeks ago to make sure he would be uploading it for the second board and was told it would be there. He has been checking since and received an automated reply stating that he was away on break, but those checking on interviews for second board would be there in time and that he had until the 6th to upload. His status online still says interview pending. I’m just wondering if anyone else is having the same “issue” and if it’s just a glitch in the system. He’s composing an email for cadet command and will call in the morning, but figured I’d ask here as well! Thank you!

I actually recently had an issue with my PMS interview that an interview mistaked me for another person, and put the information in the wrong place. It took a couple days to resolve but it was all sorted out in the end, just hop on this ASAP and it should be okay.

UPDATE: His portal showed up with the interview completed this morning!
