A Few Questions About Waivers

I'm a four year scholarship recipient for NROTC and have four dqs that got sent for waiver review yesterday. I've read the info on the DoDMERB website, but I still have a few questions:

1. Does the number of dqs impact waiver likelyhood?
2. Is it possible to receive waivers for a few but not all of the dqs (I know I need all four waivers, I'm just curious)?
3. Should I have gotten any letter or correspondence from BUMED other than the letter from DoDMERB notifying me that my info got sent for waiver review?

I know that these questions all won't have a definite answer, but I'd appreciate any help or advice anyone could give.

1. Not necessarily
2. Currently, 1 waiver denied, is all waivers denied (though "Technically" 3 may be approved)
3. No

Is this for ROTC or SA? In general;
1. No
2. Yes, but one not waived and you are out
3. DoDMERB is the clearing house, you will deal only with them, If they need AMI (Additional Medical Information AKA Remedial) they will contact you.
