As I posted in "Class of 2016" my daughter has 3Q, 3 nomination,NASS,and now CVW. Is it alright if she contacted her admissions councelor to ask if things were in her favor or would this be inapropriate to ask? I believe all this is a good thing to still be in the running but I still would like to know more. The anticipation is killing me she seems to handling better than I am. She tells me (I got this) to not worry but I do.

Eh, now it's just the waiting game for you two. Not really anything more to improve on or do, so talking to admissions would kind of just be a waste of their time. I'm sure they'd be happy to help, but...

Ugh... Waiting!

DS is in same situation- application done since Aug, 3Q, 2 noms, attended CVW in Oct, great feedback from BGO.... AND WAITING! Know how you feel- DS is in Germany visiting family and sending Facebook messages everyday to see if he received a BFE- acceptances coming in from plan B and C schools but not what matters to him! The waiting is the worse part but part of the process.

There is nothing your admissions counselor can tell you at this point expect... Wait! The majority of appointments come in Feb or later after all noms are submitted (due Jan 31).

Find comfort in knowing that most candidates are in the same position as your DD. WAITING!- and many are not as fortunate to know they are 3q or have 3 noms! Wishing your daughter the very best!
