The Report of Medical History DD Form 2807-1, submitted prior to commissioning and linked in my previous post, is intended to be accessed by Medical personnel for use by DOD Physicians not ROTC Cadre at her unit - so yes, it's personal.

Exactly, I never said she would be required to to inform her Cadre of the exact procedure, my point is that Dodmerb requires they are informed of any medical procedure or change in medical history. Your correct that this information would be used by Dodmerb to determine qualification but would not be shared with the Cadre unless she was found to be disqualified. If she were to decide not to notify Dodmerb or update her medical history and were to come to light down the road then there could be repercussions. I was simply saying that keeping everything to herself and not updating her medical history may not be the best thing to do.
