Academic Background System Questionnaires

Has anybody noticed that some of the Academic Background System surveys are listed in the ABS system, but don't actually contain any surveys? I know the History survey and the Mathematics survey both do not have any content (disregarding the math placement exams).

I may be remembering incorrectly, but I thought I did a survey for mathematics.

You are correct. I just found the mathematics survey. I was confused on the portion of the survey asking about the AP Calculus BC exam because it didn't give a "haven't received scores yet" option. Did anyone else encounter this dilemma?
