Does anyone else have issues with some of the forms on the portal? In DS' case, the emergency contact form fails to generate a completed PDF. And the email link provided does not work either.
I also had the same issue with some other forms. I installed the free reader software from Adobe and opened the files I had downloaded first to my computer in the program, and it worked.
