My S's ROTC application is complete.

I remember reading somewhere on this forum that CC sends activity verification sheet that needs to filled by GC or whomever to verify the ECs listed on the online application. Has anyone heard of this?

We have received nothing from the CC about this.... Am worried. Tried to call CC but getting no live person.

First of all, what is CC? and If i understand you correctly, the system will email a form to whomever you put down as your guidance conselor to fill out as a verification of your activities.

educateme, Assuming AROTC. My dd received AROTC scholarship last year and her activity record was never verified by her counselor. If you can't contact them via phone then email them. Use the newer email. Look up Clarksonarmy postings for the new email address. We were able to get a confirmation via email that her file was complete.

educateme, my daughter did receive an activity sheet that the GC had to verify--however, the one we received was totally blank. After a couple of phone calls, we were told to write in all the activities and have counselor initial. We sent it in with transcripts, etc.

My son never received anything via email or snail mail last year. Whether or not they verified with school or not, I have no clue.
I found that email was the best form of communication last year.
