When I went to NASS this last summer I remember some one told me that the admissions boards take a break (like for a month) at a certain time and I was wondering if anyone knows this to be true and if so, when do they take their break. I am just wondering so I know how long I should wait before i begin to worry about not hearing anything from them

I have also been wondering this as both Christmas day and New Years Day (as well as Thanksgiving) fall on Thursdays. Can anyone answer this questions?
