Admissions Counselor--Not Assigned?

Son received an award last week and wanted to send it to his admissions counselor to update his packet. When he went to get the contact info from his USNA admissions page, his admission counselor info now reads "Not Assigned". He did have someone listed earlier this fall because he had a question about his DODMERB and contacted her.

Any ideas? Perhaps his admissions counselor has left? He will contact USNA next week but thought you guys may have seen this before.

I would have your DS call the admissions office and inquire. We had this happen back in July and our DS called and USNA informed him that they had made some changes to the admissions counselor. We saw the updated change online in about 2 days. Best of luck!
