Hi, I took the afoqt a few months ago since I'm in AFROTC. However, I might drop ROTC and try to go to OTS later, after I've graduated college. Would I have to take the afoqt again, or would they use the scores I've already received?

Keep your scores or take it one more time. Note that your next scores are the ones that count even if you do worse and you can only take it twice in your life.
